What we built

An automated project office for a small consulting firm. Every night it pulls timesheets, invoices, and project plans, recalculates burn and utilization across every live engagement, and compares what has been spent against what has actually been delivered. When spend runs ahead of progress, it flags the job and tells the partner.

Result

About 3 hours a week off the Monday status scramble — and overruns surface while there is still fee left to fix them. Partners open one screen for job health, free capacity, margin, and the risks that need a decision.
